Using my analytical and people skills as well as an empathetic coaching approach, I want to help people, and therefore also businesses, reach their potential and increase their impact.
I strongly believe that visualising the progress and impact of every employee’s work provides them with a deeper sense of purpose and motivation. Therefore, my tools of choice are data-driven impact reportings that use analytics and visualisations to enable target tracking, process optimisation and most importantly empirical feedback on people’s work efforts.
