As a non-native HR professional, after experience in Marketing and Sales, HR popped up in my path and once I became acquainted with HR discipline, I embraced it and finally consider it a privileged area from where I can contribute to the success of my company and its employees.
I love leading teams, because I have the possibility to accompany and advise my team members to unlock their talents and to perform at the best of their capacity. The same drives me when advising and accompanying our employees: it is highly satisfactory enabling them to exploit their full potential.
