Abhishek Gupta is the Global Head of Digital P&O Solutions at Sandoz (A Novartis Division) and is responsible for leading HR data and digital function spanning across HCM implementation, HR technology landscape simplification, and setting up the people data and analytics foundation in a standalone Sandoz organization. He joined Novartis in 2015 and has since worked for several companies in the IT, Hitech, and Manufacturing industries in global, regional, and local roles, specializing in Total Rewards, Digital HR, and People Analytics. Abhishek holds an MBA in HR and Systems and graduated in Economics. In addition, he holds global Digital Practitioner certification from The Open Group, and Global Remuneration Professional certification from WorldatWork. He is also a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and Data Management Association International (DAMA-I).
