VP Total Reward & Performance, Sonova Group

With over 8 years of experience as a VP of HR in global and diverse organizations, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in HR management, strategy, and operations. I am currently the VP Total Reward and ad interim VP CHRM at Sonova Group, a leading provider of hearing solutions, where I oversee the Total Reward & Performance function for the entire group as well as the HR function for the Hearing Instruments segment.

I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, innovation, and engagement, where people are empowered to grow and perform at their best. I have a proven track record of leading HR transformation, designing and implementing total rewards programs, managing HR due diligence and M&As, and enhancing employee relations and communication. I have also successfully navigated the COVID crisis, ensuring the safety, well-being, and productivity of all employees, while adapting to the changing business needs and market conditions. I am always looking for new ways to add value, optimize processes, and deliver results that align with the vision and mission of Sonova Group.
