Dan Riley is a partner at Aon, in Aon Hewitt’s Talent, Rewards and Performance Practice. Since February 2017 he has been Western Europe Talent Practice Leader responsible for product strategy, technology, and operational integration and delivery of the Modern Survey Platform into Aon Hewitt's Global Employee Engagement and Talent Practice. In addition, he works with the Global Engagement Council and supports global product development. Dan is an employee engagement expert with two decades of experience in the field of employee measurement, and an extensive understanding of how technology and strategy can be successfully applied to common business problems. He is also a web technologist and a software processor. The other areas of his expertise are: HR, HRIS, Human Capital Management, Performance Management, Integrated Analytics, Predictive Analytics, HCM and Self-Service. He joined Aon in February 2016 after the acquisition of Modern Survey, an HR Technology firm, which he co-founded and in which he acted as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for strategic, tactical and short-term operations management. Dan is also a versatile and innovative musician who plays several instruments and has shared billings with artists of national and international acclaim. He earned his BA degree in international relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
